Valentine’s & Marketing – How Good Does It Get?

I’ve got a Valentine’s Day secret that will guarantee your success with your little snuggly pooh!

Ohhh yeah, your business too!~

2 Valentine’s Day Secrets to Help Make This Year The Best You’ve Ever Had

Valentine's Day Network Marketing TipThere are two critical factors experts say you should employ this and every Valentine’s Day that will guarantee you a big win on Valentine’s Day…

 V-Day Tip #1 –  Plan Ahead!

Don’t wait until the last minute to do your gift shopping, silly!

As simple as this seems, it goes against everything that has been engrained in men from the beginning of time! Even knowing this, men (and some women, I’m sure!) will STILL procrastinate until the last possible moment, even though this holiday (as with most) come at the same time, every year! So plan ahead!

V-Day Tip #2 –  Spend Lots of Money!

That’s right folks, spend it all!  Not really but, spending money can definitely make Valentine’s Day a lot more fun!

How does this translate into your very own marketing approach?

Here, let me explain…  Watch the Video.

A lot of people run with a hope based marketing approach. They put themselves out there just enough to get some slight interest. They send out invites, make a few calls, & maybe post some fliers, and hope for the best possible results.

When they do get some soft yes’s or maybe’s, they develop the “Happy Ear Syndrome.”

Happy Ear Syndrome is the term I use for people who get overly optimistic about a maybe. As soon as they’ve said okay to the invite, the Happy Ear sufferer can already see that individual joining their opportunity!

Now, you can get excited about the people who are NOT getting in your business.

You can base your success in reality!!

This is why we plan ahead, so back to tip #1:

Plan Ahead!

A)  The check can’t be cashed until it’s in your hand, so don’t bet on anything.

B)  Get firm commitments and track your results.

So, let’s talk about all the money spending!  Ohhhh YEAH!Valentine's Day Hugs & Kisses for Your Business

I’m fortunate enough to have a wife that isn’t consumed with the want of bigger, better, faster, more!

But…  She does appreciate it now and again!

This applies to your business, but not necessarily right off the bat!

Start small. Don’t spend yourself out of business. Spend money when it becomes appropriate.

Just getting your offer or message out there isn’t enough.

You have to maximize your efforts.

Make sure that your offer is being seen by the right people.

500 hits isn’t worth a dime if NONE of them join your business or make a purchase. Targeting that specific group of prospects is super important, especially when it comes to the money that you’re spending to have your content out there!

So, start small, and when you are getting the ROI you want, THEN you are in a position to spend more money.

People ask me how much I spend on advertising, and I’ll tell them, “As much as I can.” I’ll spend thousands of dollars on advertising, because I KNOW that I’m going to get that back, and then some!

If you knew that putting in $1 would allow you to take back $3, you’d do it all day! When you hit on a working conversion model, go ahead, spend the money. You know it works.

On the other hand, if I’m spending $1 and only getting back $.75, how long can I afford to lose that kind of  money?

You have to develop a working conversion model, and then continuously repeat the process…  Just like I did!

If You Want To Improve The ROI In Your Business Instead of Getting What You’ve Been Getting,

Then Let Me Show You Exactly How I Do It!

    Hey Greg,

Love the video. Funny thing is my wife, Robin, absolutely HATES Valentine’s Day. She says that she doesn’t want to get flowers the same day that every other girl in the world is getting some. 🙂 Lucky me I guess, but then again just like you have alluded to maybe I need to spend more money, which I will be honest with you doesn’t work well for a frugal guy like myself. So, the only solution I can come up with is make more money.

So, all of this to say, Greg, do you have a template (i.e., Excel) of how you are able to look at your ROI and conversion rates? I love math and would enjoy doing this, I just don’t know all the categories that I need to be keeping track of. I am BRAND new into a home-based business, so any advice would help. Thanks buddy!

Hey Greg, Great video as always. I understand everything you are saying in this one. A coouple of months ago I would have been totally lost. But because of your amazing products (blueprint) and the webinars it is all making sense. Can not believe how much we have learned. Repitition is the key to learning anything though. Thanks again for all the work you do to help us out.

    Hi Greg,

I would have loved the entire video MUCH better if you didn’t have the music in the background. It was drowning out what you were saying. Even if I turned up the volume I just heard louder music. Can you eliminate the background? I missed a lot of the important numbers.

    I LOVE your stuff!!!

      Just Kidding, Cathy…

I noticed it was a little over the top , I had a new team member produce the video, I’ll let them know to turn down the “techno” a bit ;o)

      Glad you enjoyed the rest…
