Today, I want to talk about one of the biggest turning points my business has ever had.
It happened because I started to pay attention to what was going on around me. I started getting involved with other people in the industry. Basically, I was networking…
I know, I know. You’re thinking that’s what we’re supposed to do in our MLM business.
And you’re right, but how many of us stop of ourselves from REALLY Networking like we know we should?

While I was afraid to really Network with other leaders, I was literally limiting my success in the MLM Business Industry.
I never saw the importance of a Mastermind Group because I was afraid I would create more competition for myself by sharing what I knew and helping others understand what has helped me in my business.
Eventually, I was scared this kind of networking would only cost me money and possibly even put me out of business before I knew what happened!

Think about it… There is always something to learn in your MLM business. There is always a new skill being developed or a new strategy being tested or a new method of duplication being taught in the MLM Business arena.
And there always will be. That’s what makes this business so much fun!
It’s always evolving, changing, and getting better. Every Day without fail!
Not only is it important for someone brand spanking new, when they’re just learning how to start a business but, it’s especially important for the seasoned Network Marketers to stay updated on what’s working, what’s not, and how to adapt.
A mastermind group offers a lot of benefits and cuts down on the learning curve of getting your MLM Business off the ground in record time. It’s been proven extremely effective in developing skills, improving our overall mindset, and establishing respectable business relationships.
All of that is valuable beyond words in your MLM business.
A successful mlm business leverages the influence they have in other people through relationships.
Relationships are key, you learn from them and you get to teach them as well. Everyone has a mastery level in something. Everyone can provide value in a mastermind group if they are dedicated and committed to building a business through relationships.
The only thing you have to do now… Is find one.
Get involved with a mastermind group, online or in your community. It really doesn’t matter, just as long as you find committed people willing to teach and be taught.
You could even start your own. Find some people that are better at some things than you are and I’m sure you’ll find out your better at things than they are.
Remember, always bring your “A” game to the mastermind table.
Mastermind groups can definitely create a more powerful business but without a blueprint of what to do and when to do it, a mastermind group will only be able to help you so much in your MLM business.

You know, today I listened to Lynn Hagedorn and she mentions being a “round-world thinker” meaning you must not sit around too much planning like afraid that you’ll accidentally sail off the edge of the world and have the confidence to sail forward using your current initiative and open to new horizons. It sounds in the neighborhood to what you’re saying, that there can be this isolating coveting of what you’ve got in a mind of isolation, limitation and not engaged to the greater process and elements. So I appreciate this reflection you give. Thank you!

I too am with FHTM and have yet to sign up any \"business partners\" I feel uncomfortable trying to set up appt\’s. with people I don\’t know to show them the business. Thankfully I am starting to s-l-o-w-l-y build a little residual income with the energy expansion (natural gas deregulation) I know there must be a better way to attract possible candidates but as of yet I haven\’t unlocked that safe. Great video I have always stayed to myself and I truly believe that working with others is the only way to reach my goals. I have in the past few months started stepping out of my “I can do it all by myself” zone and have had a little success just from sharing my experiences and setbacks with others they have provided me with great advice and helped me through some rough times. It is so true that Family members often think we are nuts when we tell them what we are doing, so it is great to share with like minded people in the MLM industry.

good video, yes we do need to be around like minded people, i do have a group i get together with, but haven’t been there in a few months due to family issues had to deal with. I am going to get back to the meetings because like you said it is better to be around like minded people. ther is alot of negitivity out there.

Greg I like what you share on your videos. I feel that you are a good teacher by the way you explain yourself. I don\’t know if your method would help me. To be honest I don\’t understand how you can help me. Im involved with FHTM and they say go and get your people by word of mouth. If thats the only method they except to grow your business then tell me how you can help me. Another question I have for you is, what is the cost of your program ?

Like always Greg, you give a good message,on what WE need to do in order to make the business we do grow! I do know what you mean about not sharing what you know to people who are not like minded! Makes out to be a Lonely road. That is one thing that I still find myself doing is not sharing. That’s one hard bump to get over,still working on it!!
