I like both postcards and phone brodcasts a lot, and recomend them often when it makes financial sense for a marketer.

Many people put their entire marketing budget into a single mailing, or broadcast, expecting to get paid handsomly for practically no work, but the reality is it just doesn’t work that way.

I highly recommend you test several small lists from several different list vendors with two different meassages to see what your best combinations are.

From this you can establish your “Control” or best performing combination of list vs. message.

Once you’ve established your best control, you should constantly be testing against that control to find a better combination.

This will not only help you develop a more scientific approach to your success, but it is also the safest way to build from profits.

Now I want to make a comment on your comment.

First about “gluing the phone to your ear”…

Yup it takes a LOT of dials when you first get started to put the numbers in your favor in order to hit the income goals and put your self in profit.

And for most network marketers, I do recommend this approach as it can get you those numbers without spending yourself out of business… initially.

However, there are MUCH more effective ways to put those same numbers in your favor once you ARE in profit.

One of the things I’ll be teaching in the new 6-Step MLM Business Blueprint launch, will be how to use automatic dialing systems that do a bulk of the Heavy dialing for you and put even more numbers in your favor in a much shorter time frame.

I know for most there is a HUGE fear of picking up the phone, but with these systems it will eliminate a major amount of “call reluctance” and help get folks making waves much faster.

Actually this is not true, and is at the center of what I teach folks to do.

Think of it this way…

How successful would companies like Wal-Mart or McDonald’s be, if they could only sell their products to people they knew?

Not very successful at all, right?

Yet this is how we’re taught to promote OUR products and services. But Why?

Well, the reason is because our companies don’t trust us to market their products/services without violating government regulatory restrictions.

So they practically tie our hands, limiting us to market our MLM to people we know, hoping this will limit their risk, (think about it, how many family members have hit you with a law suit in the past?)
